This serves the maintenance and improvement of our offerings online and to contact users. 3D Druckzentrum Ruhr is an open research facility and examines future technologies and their social, economic, public and technological impact. It is conducting research on all fields of digitalization. For this purpose, we collect and process data according to Art. 89 DSGVO. Storage and processing of data

The website https://futurelab.ruhr is hosted in the datacenter of Net-Build GmbH, Saarwellingen.
At the datacenter of Net-Build GmbH the main load of data is being processed. Additional processing is being done inside the computer infrastructure of 3D Druckzentrum Ruhr, these computers are partly private devices of the peers of 3D Druckzentrum Ruhr and are distributed throughout the world.

Rights to information, correction, blocking, deletion and objection

All data concerning an identified or identifiable natural person can be requested by this person according to DSGVO. This means, the person has the right, to demand the information, correction, blocking or deletion of this data. Information on data processing

Your data that is being processed upon your use of our website will be deleted, once the purpose of storage expires, the deletion is not prohibited by laws of storage and there are no further exeptions regarding certain procedures.

Currently the folowing data is being collected:

Server-Log-Files at Net-Build GmbH

The provider of the pages collects and stores data automatically in so-called server-log-files, your browser transmits to us automatically. These are: Type of browser, used OS, referrer URL, hostname of accessing computer, time of server request, IP adress. A matching of this data with other sources is not being conducted.

Research projects

All received data is being stored in a pool for further analysis. Information on the detaisl of currnt research can be inquired through datenschutz@3d-druckzentrum-ruhr.de.

Piwik Open-Source-Webanalysis-Platform

With the selfhosted reach measurement of the website Piwik, anonymized IP adresses of all users are being collected. The IP adresses are anonymized and to bytes of the IP adress are obscured.

Datacollection through contact form

A general way of contacting 3D Druckzentrum Ruhr is the contact form. After successful transmission the emailadress and a chosen name are received. The data will be transferred to the appropriate person (peer) of 3D Druckzentrum Ruhr via email.
